Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of professional hair services, including cutting, styling, and colouring. Specialise in colour techniques such as Highlights, Balayage, and Colour Correction; experience in these is essential. Deliver expert haircuts for all lengths and styles, from pixie cuts to extra-long hair. Perform gents' cuts (preferred but not essential). Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised styling solutions. Recommend and upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and support business goals. Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming salon environment. Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry.
What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a stylist who brings both skill and passion to the chair. The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified Hairdresser with NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Experienced in managing a busy column, with at least 3 years of hands-on salon experience. Confident and bold in colouring, cutting, and styling a wide range of hair types and textures. Passionate about creating an exceptional salon experience for every client. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for what you do. Are you self-employed and able to invoice for your hours worked? Are you available to work at least one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday)?
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
