We have an exciting opportunity within our HAIR salon at Seiva. Seiva was created as a salon to provide a luxurious, Elegant and Sophisticated Beauty,Hair and Wellness services here in the picturesque grounds of Les Ormes in St Brelade, Jersey.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and artistically inspired, with a strong understanding of current styles and a desire to stay ahead of trends.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals Deliver expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services using premium products and advanced techniques Stay current on trends, tools, and innovations in hair fashion and beauty Cultivate long-term relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workstation Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive, inspiring salon atmosphere Uphold the salon's brand standards and aesthetics

What We're Looking For:

Hair Stylist with 3+ years of experience Strong technical skills across all hair types, with a refined aesthetic and modern approach Knowledge of luxury haircare brands and treatments Passion for creating elevated client experiences Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor Excellent communication and time management skills A growth mindset and commitment to continuous education Completely fluent in the English Language

On-Target Earnings anywhere from 35,000 to 40,000.00+ per year.
