Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk, managing appointments and client queries efficiently.
Upsell products and additional services to optimise client experience and salon revenue.
Organisation and cleanliness standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling
Be able to be part of a team but also work on your own.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
Skills in customer service, and front desk operations are desirable.
Certification or training in barbering, make up could be able advantage
Willing to bring your own clientele
Social media would also be advantageous
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Ability to upsell products and additional services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Organised with strong attention to detail in all aspects of salon operations.
