Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling (minimum 5 years on the shop floor as a senior stylist), with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also contributing to the overall success of the salon through effective team player and client engagement.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, modern colouring, and styling , for both men & women, to meet client needs. Perform hairdressing services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to salon revenue. Good team player Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions. Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred but not essential. Proven ability in upselling products and services while maintaining client satisfaction. Pay: 26,500.00-40,000.00 per year
