Do you want to become a hairdresser? We are offering an apprenticeship specifically for school leavers. If you want to start you hair journey and complete your NVQ Level 2, we have what you need to help you achieve this!

Redds Hairdressing originally opened its doors in 1985 and is situated in the popular and fashionable neighbourhood of Pontcanna, in the heart of Cardiff. Redds is a family run business and our aim has always been to provide the highest level of service to each and every one of our clients.

As an Apprentice with us, you will gain valuable skills to support you in starting out your hair journey and career. You will gain busy salon experience, as well as completing your NVQ Level 2 alongside. We regularly hold weekly, in house training sessions with models so that you can develop at a fast pace and start to build up your own client base ready for when you qualify.

The Apprentice role is varied, involving the running of the day to day salon duties and the upkeep of the salon/cleaning. It also involves carrying out hairdressing duties such as assisting stylists with colour services. As an apprentice, you would also gain experience by washing hair and blowdrys. You will develop valuable practical experience by working in a salon environment and being exposed to a high standard of professional hairdressing on a day to day basis.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hair, positive and self motivated to join our team. We are a fun, friendly and dynamic team who have a great passion for creating a fantastic salon experience for our clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to 520.00 per month
