Duties

Providing a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to clients' preferences. Managing appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations. Mentoring junior staff and apprentices to foster skill development within the team. Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the salon environment. Assisting with store management tasks when required, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Skills

Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen carefully to client needs. Leadership qualities suitable for mentoring junior staff or apprentices. Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
