Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a team to provide friendly, professional service to customers collecting their new vehicles.
Ensuring all paperwork, payments, and compliance checks are completed before handover.
Supporting the team with part-exchange processes and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Assisting customers with vehicle tax, insurance advice, and any final queries at handover.
Managing escalations and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Auditing team documentation to maintain accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Overseeing team schedules, managing holiday calendars, and ensuring full coverage at all times.
Delivering training and coaching to support ongoing staff development.
Ensuring all handovers are completed in a timely, safe, and customer-focused manner.
Promoting a culture of excellent communication, respect, and teamwork.
Essential Skills:
Must have a valid, clean, full UK licence
Previous experience in a manager or supervisory role, ideally in customer service or the motor trade.
Good communication and strong organisational skills
Acts proactively to add value and follows up any problems to keep keep them solved.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
