About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our team, serving Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of practical skills and experience in various trades, including painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, and plastering. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Painting & Decorating: Prepare surfaces, apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to a high standard.

- Joinery: Carry out basic carpentry tasks such as fitting doors, skirting boards, and other woodwork repairs or installations.

- Plumbing: Perform basic plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, installing bathroom fixtures, and unblocking drains.

- Tiling: Lay and repair floor and wall tiles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in alignment and finish.

- Plastering: Skim walls, patch up damaged areas, and apply plasterboard as needed to ensure smooth and even surfaces.

- General Maintenance: Handle a variety of other maintenance tasks as required, including minor electrical repairs, gutter cleaning, and general property upkeep.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Handyperson or in similar roles with a focus on painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

- Valid UK driving licence is required.

Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility to work across different locations in and around Glasgow.

- Own tools and equipment are advantageous but not mandatory.
