Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks around our properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct repairs on fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed. Ball collection on our range and the cleaning and maintenance of our buggies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with the installation of new fixtures or appliances when required. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Skills

Proven experience in general maintenance or as a Handy Man. knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry, and general repair techniques. Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driving licence is preferred.

07:30 - 12:30 Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
