Handyperson / Electrician
Based at Prichard's Head Office (travel to sites required)
Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week
We are looking for
Handypersons / Electricians
to join our growing team at Prichard's.This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver both
planned preventative maintenance
andreactive works
across our sites.Commercial electrical knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
What you'll be doing
Carrying out general maintenance (painting, basic carpentry, small plumbing, pest proofing). Supporting electrical works where qualified, with opportunities to expand skills. Completing paperwork, quotes, and job records to a high standard. Looking after tools, equipment, and materials. Working independently and managing your own workload. Supporting other team members on larger tasks. Always working safely and following company procedures.
What we're looking for
Hands-on skills in general building maintenance. Electrical experience (commercial knowledge desirable). Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and permit-to-work systems. Practical use of maintenance tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and develop further. A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to work independently. Full UK driving licence.
