About the role:
To support the site team by constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. You'll bring your construction experience to help ACT deliver top-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure & Fixture Construction:
Build frameworks, walls, floors, and install fixtures like windows and trims to precise measurements.
Material Selection:
Choose and handle high-quality materials in line with luxury standards, promptly reporting any issues.
Repair & Maintenance:
Inspect, repair, and maintain structures to uphold aesthetics and structural integrity.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets ACT's high standards, checking against technical drawings.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other professionals on-site, maintaining excellent teamwork and communication.

Key Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in high-end residential projects.
Certifications:
CSCS Health, Safety, and Environment test; additional certifications like PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, and Working from Heights are a plus.
