Key Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs and installations
Painting and decorating to a high standard
Wall tiling
Fit Lino & Carpets
Be good on a silicone gun
General handyman tasks including:
Fitting curtain poles/blinds
Changing door handles and locks
Basic carpentry and repairs
Work independently and manage jobs efficiently

Requirements:
Proven experience in multiple trades (plumbing, painting, tiling, handyman work)
Own vehicle and valid driving licence
Own tools for the job
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work under CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
