Maintenance of local authority ditches, footpaths, hard and soft landscape. You will be using mini excavators, dumpers, and grounds maintenance equipment. You will be reforming ditches, scraping paths, repairing fencing etc. You will be a good allrounder. You will live within 10 - 15 miles of Lingfield, Surrey, RH76BL. You will have a driving licence that allows you to tow a trailer up to 3500kg. You can drive a Transit pick-up competently and tow safely.
Responsibilities
Maintenance works to county council ditches, soft and hard landscape.
Assist with material orders.
Assist office staff with surveys.
Help plan works.
Skills
Experienced using mini-diggers, power tools and hand tools relevant to ditching, grading, levelling, bollards, handrails, fencing etc.
Willing to take on grounds maintenance when need be.
Excavator ticket an advantage, courses available.
Tractor and attachment experience an advantage
