Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in all aspects of hard landscaping, with the ability to lead a team, work to high standards, and deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of hard landscaping including: Patios and paving Decking (timber and composite) Fencing and gates Brickwork and blockwork Retaining walls and edging

Interpret and work from landscaping plans, drawings, and specifications Supervise and lead a team on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently Operate a range of tools, equipment, and machinery confidently Liaise with clients and management to ensure smooth running of projects Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in hard landscaping Strong skills in patios, decking, fencing, brickwork, and blockwork Ability to read and understand landscaping plans and technical drawings Full UK driving licence (essential) Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship Good communication and problem-solving skills
