About the Role



We are looking for a positive, proactive and organised

Transport Administrator

to join our busy haulage team based at our transport office in Grangemouth. This is a full-time role suited to someone with strong admin skills who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities



Collect and process driver paperwork from each shift Separate third-party paperwork from internal documentation Accurately input data into spreadsheets and company systems Scan, file and email paperwork to relevant teams or departments Provide general administration support to the haulage team as required If you're looking for a varied office role within a growing business and have a positive, can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Maintain organized records and files for efficient data retrieval. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational efficiency.

What We're Looking For



Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Good communication skills, both email and telephone Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload Able to work well within a small team and under pressure Previous experience in transport or general administration is an advantage

Please note you may be required to take the on call phone on a rotational basis
