GTI Transport LTD is a dynamic and growing transport company specializing in aggregate supplies and muck away in the south west. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative support
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize transport documentation and records
Schedule and coordinate driver assignments and deliveries
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting
Liaise with customers, drivers, and suppliers
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration (experience in transport/logistics preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of transport or logistics software is a plus
