We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HCA's to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Experience in care environments or home care is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

: Part Time , 15 hour shifts 7am-10pm 2-3 days a week.

Duties:

Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting mobility and transferring clients safely between different areas of the home Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary Administering medication reminders in accordance with care plans Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Documenting care activities accurately using IT systems Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalised care delivery Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required

Experience:

- Applications must have 2 years experience with the following areas:

- Working with clients with challenging behaviours

- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities

- Self- harm support experience

- Mental health support experience

- Experience working with autism

- Restraint and CPI

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written UK Valid Driving Licence 25+ is Essential as involving driving client to appointments or outings if necessary in there vehicle. Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual client needs
