We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling and supporting cross-application solutions in the Oracle Cloud Redwood UI.
This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment & support of Oracle applications using Oracle's new Redwood UI experience.
Responsibilities :
Redwood Migration Assessments
Use Oracle's Redwood Personalization Helper Tool to analyse readiness of client's Oracle Cloud applications for Redwood
Prepare assessments to assist in the enabling and deployment of Oracle's Redwood UI across client's Cloud applications
Enablement and Support:
Enable functionality in line with client requirements and business processes, and demonstrate functionality and solutions.
Develop and execute test plans to validate newly enabled UI functionality.
Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements , detailed analyses, test plans and user guides. o Provide functional support for newly enabled customer solutions and resolve any issues or enhancements.
Pre-Sales and Proof of Concepts:
Assist the sales team during pre-sales engagements by providing functional estimates.
Contribute to the development of proof of concepts for prospective clients.
Best Practices and Standards:
Adhere to documented development standards and industry best practices.
Work with Oracle Support to resolve functional and technical bugs.

At least 3 years experience / minimum of 2 full implementations as an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant, specifically in HCM.
Strong functional understanding of core HCM business processes.
Functional experience of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders
Desirable :
Exposure to other Oracle Cloud Modules.
Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies.
Qualification and Certifications :
HCM Implementation specialist Certifications (obtained or willing to work towards)
Commitments:
Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey
Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires
Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Security Clearance (SC) may also be required.
