Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant



What You'll Do



Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients. Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team. Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues. Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos. Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps. Work effectively with end-users remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For



Essential Experience:



Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll. Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation. Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions. Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to document solutions clearly. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. SC clearance eligibility - minimum 3 years' UK residency required.

Desirable Skills:



Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll. ITIL process knowledge. Broader HR process understanding. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Payroll.
