Clarke Legal Specialists are partnered with a leading law firm in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair (HDR) Paralegal to join their expanding litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to handle a high-quality caseload, work within a supportive team environment, and benefit from genuine hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from instruction to settlement Draft correspondence, witness statements, and court documentation Liaise with clients, defendants, experts, and third parties Conduct file reviews and ensure compliance with internal procedures Support fee earners and contribute to team targets and service standards

Requirements:

Proven experience handling HDR or litigation files Strong understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol and civil procedure Excellent communication and client-care skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
