Responsibilities



Lead and motivate the banqueting kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining consistency across all events Manage food costs, stock control, and ordering to ensure efficient resource management Collaborating with the weddings and events department to ensure seamless event execution Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development

What You'll Need:



Proven experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level in high-volume kitchen environment Experience within conference and banqueting kitchen Excellent level of culinary skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for guests A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organisational and time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-15.25 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
