We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee day to day operations within the hospitality sector. Duties
Supervise and manage the payments team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline customer related to food service.
Provide training and support to team members in areas such as, serving, and hospitality best practices.
Monitor payment systems for accuracy and security, implementing improvements as necessary.
Maintain records of transactions and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or barista roles is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively across all areas to enhance service delivery.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing payments and stock transactions.
