We're on the lookout for a friendly, experienced
Head Barista
to join the team at our brand new cafe and restaurant inEdinburgh
.This is a
full-time
role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a passion for all things coffee and the ability to meet very high volume demand with consistency and efficiency.What You'll Do:
Consistently produce excellent coffee and drinks to the standard our guests expect Be responsible for the cleanliness and efficiency of the coffee area Run table service to a high standard, providing guests with the best experience possible as well as meeting the take-out demand Support and train other baristas and staff members to ensure a level of consistency Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere Help across the venue where needed; running, cleaning and supporting
What We're Looking For:
Solid
barista experience
and confidence in preparing high-quality coffee in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in a high-volume coffee environment Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love of hospitality Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when neededJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
