We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Bear Coffee Company Limited in the heart of our community. This role is vital in crafting high-quality beverages and enhancing our customers' experience, aligning with our mission of creating a welcoming coffee environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the workspace. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport. Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven barista experience or relevant experience in the food service industry. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Effective time management abilities to handle busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
