About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll take full control of kitchen operations--ensuring dishes are consistent, high-quality, and efficiently produced. You'll play a key role in team leadership and development, while driving excellence across all aspects of kitchen service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily food preparation and service, focusing on quality and presentation Ensure consistency and excellence in every dish that leaves the pass Support and motivate your team to work efficiently during busy service periods Train, mentor, and build a strong, capable kitchen team Maintain all kitchen records including CookSafe compliance, temperature checks, and cleaning logs Manage kitchen costs and work within agreed GP targets Take full responsibility for kitchen hygiene, food safety, and team management
