The Role:

We're seeking a creative and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, develop exciting menus, maintain excellent standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

Background in food-led pubs, gastropubs, or quality dining establishments

A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and menu innovation

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and health & safety

Location:

Steppingley, Bedfordshire - A charming village setting with a supportive local community and scenic countryside surroundings.
