What you'll do:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team in a fast-paced brunch environment
Oversee food preparation and service to the highest standards
Work with the Executive Area Chef on creative, seasonal menus
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Train and support staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent cooking skills with creativity in menu design
Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
Genuine passion for food and hospitality
