Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to our clientele's preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality control throughout the cooking process.
Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
Previous experience in hospitality settings is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
