Job Description

Dedicated Head Chef required to join our busy team. With a forty five bedroom hotel, conference/function rooms, 18 hole golf course and leisure facilities, the successful candidate must be able to provide a range of catering to suit our various clients.

As Head Chef you will work closely with our Directors of thirty years and General Manager to assure a productive and enjoyable dining experience. Also, motivate and assist with the training and development of the kitchen team, input on menus, ordering, complying with legislation and running the 'day to day' catering department.

Position:

Full time permanent position

5 days out of 7 per week

Straight Shifts

Lead by example and assist developing the team

Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef minimal requirement

Adhere to company procedures and government food legislation

Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction

Free use of leisure facilities

Limited to daytime service offered over Xmas and closed Xmas day

Package:

Starting from 17.00 per hour + Tips

Annual weekly average hours estimated 45

Pension
