he Pymore Inn is a lovely independently operated freehouse just outside Bridport with an excellent reputation for friendly service, and excellent quality fresh, local food.We are looking for an experienced and hands - on Head Chef to lead a small team to prepare good quality dishes and creative daily specials, using a solid network of local suppliers
In the off season we close Mondays and Tuesdays so there's a good opportunity for a work / life balance as well as two weeks in January in preparation for a busy summer season, catering to a garden and marquee accommodating over 100 covers

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
