Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Manage food production processes, including sourcing ingredients, inventory management, and portion control. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards. Handle any issues that arise within the kitchen promptly and effectively.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proven experience in food production within a professional kitchen environment.
