We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate

Head Chef

to lead our talented kitchen brigade. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives on creativity, values high standards, and is committed to delivering top-tier dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Inspire, lead, and develop a motivated kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Design and innovate seasonal menus that captivate our guests, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Oversee all food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and impeccable presentation. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with regulations. Mentor and train staff, enhancing culinary skills, food safety knowledge, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory, control costs, and minimise waste without compromising quality. Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure cohesive service and a seamless guest experience. Continuously monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring excellence and creativity. A flair for innovative, high-quality cuisine and a passion for culinary arts. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with all team members. A relevant culinary qualification is preferred; however, extensive hands-on experience will be highly valued.
