Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus aligned with our brand vision Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships effectively Maintain full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen regulations Control food costs, minimise waste, and maximise profitability Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent communication between kitchen and front of house Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cafe dining Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills Calm under pressure with a focus on quality and teamwork Understanding of budgeting, GP targets, and kitchen management systems
