We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join our team at the Elizabethan in Dunfermline. The venue has built up a fantastic reputation for great quality food and we are looking for a head chef with passion & creativity to manage our busy kitchen.
The Role:
As Head Chef, your role will include:
Overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the kitchen environment.
To ensure great attention to detail is given to the menu specifications.
Compliance with legislation, food production, stock control and staff training.
responsible for menu engineering.
Having sole responsibility for kitchen costs, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the menu produced generates the required Gross Profit margin for the business.

have excellent communication skills & have the ability to train & develop Talent
excel in your Chef profession and will be looking to progress your skills within a dynamic company that can help you take the next step on the career ladder.
Have the ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
have strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at senior sous or head chef level
