We have an exciting opportunity to become a part of the Facilities team, working as a Head Chef in Ysbyty Anuerin Bevan Hospital in Ebbw Vale.
The post holder will lead the team that provides catering duties throughout the catering operation.
They will provide the highest possible standards of catering, hygiene and safety to Patients, Staff and Service users.
Please note driving is essential for this post as you will need to travel between Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr/Ysbyty Tri Chwm
To ensure the correct and economical use of all food products and materials, to follow the Catering Guide and the All Wales Menu
Framework in preparation of recipes and services of food items.
To follow guidelines on portion control and costed recipe as
prepared by the Health Board.
To maintain adequate staffing of the Health Rostering duty rota, time off, annual leave and to be responsible for the correct
allocation of staff.
