Head Chef
to take the helm of our kitchen, delivering exceptional seafood dishes while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Dulse is a strictly seafood only restaurant which hosts an a la carte menu with relaxed tasting menu offering.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operation.
Maintain and drive consistently high standards of produce.
Recruit, train, and develop junior kitchen staff.
Manage daily stock control, ordering, and sourcing local produce.
Assist in the creation and design of new dishes.
Play a key role in all kitchen management aspects, including GP%, environmental health, and other KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Head Chef role, ideally in a fine dining or high-quality restaurant setting.
A passion for exceptional food and a deep understanding of seafood.
A strong leader with a hands-on approach to team development.
A track record of loyalty and longevity in previous roles.
Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
Professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining first-class standards.
