The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to join our Food & Beverage team within the Accommodation, Catering, and Events (ACE) - Business Development / Hotels division. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of two distinctive hotel kitchens and a full-service restaurant & bar: If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Leadership & team motivation - Ability to inspire and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills - A commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
Knowledge of Hotel Kitchen operations - Expertise in food preparation, food hygiene, kitchen management and overall management of hotel kitchen operations, including wine, cocktails, and spirits.
Ability to work under pressure - Capable of maintaining high standards during busy periods.
Ensure that all Health & safety requirements are met whilst on shift to ensure a safe environment is provided and all our legal obligations met.
Impeccable standards and an eye for detail.
Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude.
Continuously look to improve our standards; menu offering and deliver world-class hospitality.
Be an ambassador for our brand and catering operation.
