Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Develop innovative recipes and menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
