Cawley Venue - Falkirk Wheel are looking to appoint an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

Early start date is available as you will work with our team at River House until the restaurant reopens.

Salary is negotiable. 38,000-44,000 per year

All overtime Paid

What you need to bring:

Proven track record and success as a Head Chef looking to lead a well established team.

Ideally experience of working within a Fast pace environment in fresh food.

You will be highly motivated and innovative.

Bringing real passion and flair for cooking.

Offer great attention to detail and pride in the presentation of your food.

You can be flexible and adaptability.

Display high levels of proactive behaviour.

What you will be responsible for:

Cooking in a high paced kitchen for a busy restaurant.

Ensuring all Health and Safety is adhered to.

Promoting a 'team player environment'.

Providing all customers with a world class catering experience.
