Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to our clientele's preferences. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to ensure cost-effective operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of special events or catering services as required.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to help others develop their culinary skills. Knowledge of current food trends and dietary requirements is highly desirable.
