Qualifications
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Ability to manage a busy service efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety.
Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Supervise food production processes, maintaining quality and consistency in all dishes.
Train team members in culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement menu items that reflect culinary trends and customer preferences.

Pay: 14.00-14.50 per hour
