Bread Meats Bread is an award winning local Scottish independent mini-chain with restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Our busy restaurant in Silverburn Shopping centre, Glasgow is looking to hire a HEAD CHEF with suitable experience in similar gourmet burger establishments or very busy causal dining kitchen environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all kitchen operations Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Train and mentor senior chefs to foster growth and skill development
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment Strong leadership and management skills Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Passion for utilising fresh, local ingredients in creative ways Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Salary and Benefits:
