Take full responsibility for all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient meal service for residents and visitors.

Essential Skills and Experience for Head Chef - Care Home Sector
Minimum 4 years' experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, ideally within care homes, healthcare, or similar settings.
Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certification (required).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and guide a kitchen team in a positive manner.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills to manage menu planning, rotas, and resident-specific requirements.
Experience catering to a range of dietary needs, including textured diets, allergies, and cultural preferences.
