Duties

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cost control measures while ensuring quality in food production. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a culinary setting. Strong background in Italian food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential. Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair for menu development. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
