We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties



Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during events and regular dining hours. Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards in food preparation and presentation. Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among staff members. Handle catering requests and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Experience



Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining, catering, and menu planning. Background in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management and food service management. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and best practices in culinary arts. Experience in banquet services is preferred, along with familiarity with dietary department operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Pay: 35,000.00-48,503.50 per year
