Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Supervise food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality across all dishes.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and effective teamwork.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
