Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team at RadissonBlu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and creating an inspiring kitchen environment that fosters teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. Oversee food production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during events and busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role. Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and guests. A passion for creating memorable dining experiences through innovative cuisine.
