The kitchen is central to everything we do, and we're looking for a Head Chef who can lead with passion, uphold high standards, and deliver consistently excellent food that complements a memorable guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Kitchen Leadership
: Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations, lead a motivated team, and deliver service with energy and consistency
Menu & Quality
: Maintain menus suited to a wide range of customers, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation
Cost & Inventory Control
: Manage food costs, stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering systems
Compliance & Safety
: Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations
Team Development
: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards and strong retention
Service Excellence
: Ensure food is prepped, cooked, and presented to high standards during busy service
Kitchen Standards
: Oversee cleanliness, organisation, and equipment care throughout the kitchen
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in hospitality or leisure environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team
Experience managing costs, stock, and supplier communications
Great communication and calm problem-solving under pressure
Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A passion for creating food that brings people together

Pay: 37,000.00-50,000.00 per year
