Our Crouch End restaurant is an exciting, developing venue (closed Mondays & Tuesdays), and we're looking for a hands-on, passionate, and imaginative Head Chef to lead the kitchen and help us take it to the next level. Because this is a neighbourhood restaurant at heart, we'd love someone who's committed to the area (ideally based nearby) and who understands what makes a local gem thrive.
What we're looking for:
Proven Head Chef (or strong Sous ready to step up) with experience running a kitchen smoothly- costs, training, rotas, and menu development included.
A genuine love for seasonal cooking, with a zero-waste mindset and respect for quality produce.
Creative flair, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
A leader who's kind, communicative, and supportive - someone who builds teams as well as dishes.
Flexibility to work Wednesday-Sunday with full commitment.
