CHEF
to join our Kitchen Team.

You will need to be highly organised, reliable and happy to commit to being part of the team as a whole.
Experience - 2 years / 2 rosette or similar essential / will also suit strong Jnr Sous wishing to progress
As a Sous Chef you will work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
You will be involved in a range of duties including, preparation of fresh seasonal produce, food ordering and stock control, waste management, meeting food safety and cleaning standards, helping the junior members of the team and ensuring service runs efficiently.
